All orders are packaged and shipped within 1-3 business days and typically take 4-5 business days to arrive

From time to time USPS can have delays in delivery. We are not responsible for any delays on USPS's part. If your tracking number states that your package was delivered and it wasn't contact your local USPS for help. They are happy to help and do a wonderful job in helping you locate your package if you call or email them directly!
